Here at the Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre (ECRC), we work alongside businesses that share our passion for building stronger cyber resilience across our region and beyond. Our Community Ambassador programme helps make this happen by connecting local organisations that recognise the importance of good cyber security protocols, not just for their own business, but for their customers and their supply chain too.

Our Community Ambassadors are essential to our mission of making cyber resilience accessible to businesses of all sizes. They help spread the word about what we do, encourage others in the region to join our free membership, and make the most of our guidance, resources, and services.

Introducing Munio

Community ambassador Munio IT

We’re thrilled to introduce our newest Community Ambassador – Munio! Based in Kent, they specialise in providing IT support and cyber security services to businesses across the UK. They’re not just another IT company, they are a cyber-first managed service provider, dedicated to protecting SMEs with 24/7 threat monitoring, advanced EDR/MDR solutions, and their unique Munio ONE Protected framework.

Munio offers peace of mind to their customers, helping businesses to understand the most common cyber security threats, close any security gaps in their systems, and build long-term cyber resilience without any confusing jargon or processes.

Munio’s mission is clear, and it’s one that we resonate with - to fortify, safeguard, and protect every client we serve.

Working together to create a safer future

It’s clear that Munio share our commitment to protecting businesses both locally and nationwide. Like us, they believe that education is the strongest way to build cyber resilience; therefore, they are equally as dedicated to helping businesses and their teams understand the cyber risks that affect their industries and encourage them to take the practical steps necessary to protect themselves. Most importantly, Munio IT recognises that protecting individual organisations goes hand in hand with protecting the wider business community by keeping employees, data, assets, and business operations secure.

Looking Ahead

We’re delighted that Munio have joined our Community Ambassador network, and we’re excited to work with them to make sure that cyber resilience in accessible, affordable, and achievable for everyone – no matter the size or sector of their business.

We're looking forward to partnering with Munio and working together to help raise awareness of the ECRC's free tools and resources, helping to make our region and the nation even more cyber resilient.
