We’re excited to announce that applications for Cyber PATH open this June for its 2025 intake! If you’re a university student looking to gain real-world experience in cyber security while making a meaningful impact, this is your chance.

Cyber PATH is a national internship programme delivered in partnership with the National Cyber Resilience Centre Group (NCRCG) and the Cyber Resilience Centre (CRC) network. It offers students practical, paid experience supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across England and Wales in strengthening their defences against cyber crime.

👨‍💻 What’s in it for you?

  • Hands-on work experience in a commercial setting

  • Training and mentoring in cyber resilience services by senior security practitioners

  • Appropriate payment for the services you help deliver

  • Flexibility to balance the programme with your studies

🚀 Who should apply?

We're looking for motivated and curious university students in full-time higher education who have the right to work in the UK. No prior cyber experience required – just a passion for learning and a desire to make a difference. We especially welcome applications from students with disabilities and are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments.

📅 Join our Cyber PATH Info Session

Applications open from 2nd June to 30th June 2025, but in the meantime, you can learn more at our upcoming online info session. You'll meet the team, hear from current and past Cyber PATH students and get your questions answered.
