About the Event

Join key voices from policing, retail, and community safety at the Hertfordshire Retail Crime Forum—a dedicated event focused on tackling retail crime through partnership and innovation. 📢🛒

This full-day forum will open with keynote addresses from Hertfordshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner and Chief Constable. You’ll hear directly from major retailers including Tesco and Zoohause Ltd, sharing on-the-ground perspectives and challenges. The ECRC's Paul Lopez will also be attendance, offering insights into the cybercrime threat landscape facing those working in the retail sector.

An interactive panel session invites you to share your ideas and explore how businesses and law enforcement can work better together. In the afternoon, practical seminars will offer guidance on crime prevention, supporting investigations, victim care, and how civil orders can be used effectively. The event also includes a networking lunch, giving you the chance to connect with peers and partners committed to creating a safer Hertfordshire.
